- Book Now and Save - Rules and Restrictions: Valid for new meetings held between 2/16/09 & 3/31/10 at participating Hilton, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Doubletree, Embassy Suites and the Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts hotels in North America. Meeting must consist of at least 50 paid room nights with at least 10 rooms per night at peak. Cannot be booked via eEvents. Incentives must be described in the hotel Sales Contract. Booking of meeting is at hotel's discretion and is subject to availability. HHonors Event Planner Bonus points are subject to a maximum of 500,000 points and end user name must be in the Sales Contract. Hilton HHonors membership, earning of Points & Miles® and redemption of points are subject to HHonors terms and conditions. Blackout dates may apply. Other restrictions apply.
